By opting in to our text messages you agree to the following terms.

• Program: Mercy Eatery VIP Texts sends recurring automated marketing messages from Mercy Eatery & Mart, including grand opening updates, specials, events and offers.
• How to join: check the text-message box on our signup form (for example after scanning a QR code in our restaurant or on our website), then reply Y to the confirmation text we send you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency: varies, up to 6 messages per month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further marketing texts.

• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your mobile number for third-party marketing.

Offers and promotions

Offers sent to VIP members are subject to the terms stated in each message, have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. One per person unless otherwise stated.
