• Messages you send to our text number (for example, replies such as Y, HELP or STOP).
• Basic technical data our servers log automatically, such as IP address and pages visited.

How we use it

• To send the texts and emails you asked for: grand opening news, specials, events and occasional offers.
• To send a birthday treat if you shared your birthday.
• To keep records that prove your consent and honor opt-out requests.
• To understand which signup locations work (for example, which QR code you scanned).

SMS privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our SMS carrier platform) under contracts that prohibit other uses.

Children
